About Coach Py

I'm a fun going character and I have a helpful nature. I don't think I could ask for anything better than helping people change their lives for the better. Eating a well balanced diet is very important, in fact it is 80% of the work. It is something you will hear me talk about. The first emphasis being on a "balanced" diet, 80% healthy 20% delicious food to keep the soul in check. Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. This is the 20% of an 80-20 way of lifestyle and training. I have developed my training style by working with a variety of people, body types, and research and always love adapting my program for new clients.

I'd never used a PT before but instantly built a good rapport with Py, who is easy to talk to and work with. He's superb at what he does and, as well as help me build muscle, get leaner and stronger, he taught me so much about how to get more out of the gym – lessons for life! From never dead lifting before to doing 100kg dead lifts in three months, and doubling my bench press PB as well. Py is a great coach and a top guy as well. Would definitely recommend.

I had many hesitations for example am I going to make it and lose my birth belly I was not sure at all and I had no motivation or energy to get my body into a shape again than I’ve decided to look for a PT I find Payam I’ve read his resume and I was sure that’s what I need than we started the journey and Payam was exactly what I expected very hardworking man, respectful, very understanding person, I’ve set my goals and he done whatever is possible to help me reach them .
